Alpha applied to everything outside an X-Ray context set (ghostExceptIds).
Exported because the Cesium world view has to reach the SAME verdict this
renderer does: it draws the model through its own glTF pipeline, so it bakes
the ghost alpha into the exported material rather than inheriting this
pass (#2591). A second literal in the viewer would be a second definition of
"how ghosted looks", and the two would drift the way the hide/isolate rule
did (#2578).
