Name of the BroadcastChannel, and the type tag every message on it
carries. Shared by every provider: messages are routed by state, not by
channel name (see WaitForOAuthCallbackOptions.expectedState).
MUST stay byte-identical to the literal in each callback page that posts on
it, e.g. apps/viewer/public/oauth/msgraph/callback.html. Those pages are
static, unbundled HTML files (deliberately: see their own comments), so
they cannot import this constant. They are kept in lockstep by hand.
