Above the viewer's 40 s mid-stream watchdog (watchdog.ts), so no call that
loaded before recovery existed is disturbed: replacing a worker is not free
on huge files (a fresh wasm heap plus a source copy). Such a call is re-run
one job per call, never skipped, so a false positive costs time only.
