KML <altitudeMode> for KMZ (Google Earth) export — how Google Earth places
the model vertically (#1427):
'clampToGround' (default): rest the origin on the terrain, ignoring the
KMZ altitude. A building can never float and is immune to a wrong / zero /
double-counted IfcMapConversion.OrthogonalHeight.
'absolute': place the origin at altitude metres above mean sea level.
Use when the OrthogonalHeight is a true MSL elevation the user wants honoured.
'relativeToGround' (altitude above the terrain below the origin) exists in
the Rust exporter but is not surfaced in the viewer UI.
