values as a plain string.
Typed rather than left as string because the value is written as a STEP
ENUMERATION, so anything outside the set produces an IfcSpatialZone no
reader can parse. Taken from the generated schema (@ifc-lite/parser) rather
than re-listed here: a second copy of an enum is a second thing to keep in
step with the schema.
