the element's RELATING TYPE, reached via IfcRelDefinesByType. This is
a different dimension from IfcTypeRule, which matches the
element's own IFC class (IfcWall); type= instead matches the type
OBJECT's Name attribute (e.g. IfcWallType.Name, "WT01"). An element
with no IfcRelDefinesByType relation never matches. #4094.
