    Interface OpMatchOptions

    Trailing options accepted by every op-matching function below (#5138 PR 3). Omitted entirely = today's behaviour EXACTLY: search, saved filters and clash presets never pass this, so they fold case unconditionally (like fold() always did before this flag existed) and compare numbers with the historical absolute 1e-9 epsilon. Only the information-validation engine passes it, with caseSensitive: rule.caseSensitive ?? true (IDS parity, bSI #346) and tolerance: rule.tolerance ?? 1e-6 (relative, bSI #418).

    interface OpMatchOptions {
        caseSensitive?: boolean;
        tolerance?: number;
