    Interface ResolvedToolbarContribution

    Runtime shape published into the slot registry for toolbar slots. Extends the manifest ToolbarContribution with the linked command's icon and title so the host renderer can show the authored icon + a meaningful tooltip without re-querying the manifest. The loader populates these from contributes.commands at manifest-to-slot translation time.
