    Raw IFC measure value type (e.g. "IFCVOLUMETRICFLOWRATEMEASURE") that resolves the file's declared display unit (#1573). Absent when the value type has no measure semantics.

    Symbol of the property's own explicit Unit; an unresolvable unit reference is #<id> (#4833). Absent when the value is in the project's unit assignment.

    unitSiOffset?: number

    Additive SI offset of unit (°F: si = value * unitSiScale + unitSiOffset), only when it has one.

    unitSiScale?: number

    Scale of the explicit unit to its SI base (mm → 1e-3), only when it resolved; unit without it means "a unit we could not read": neither convertible nor project-unit.

    values?: string[]

    Candidate values of a multi-valued (enumerated / bounded / list / table) property — IDS facet checks pass when ANY matches (#1766). Absent for single values.
