    Door leaf depth along storey-local +Y (metres). Defaults to 0.05.

    Explicit GlobalId (22-char IFC GUID); generated when omitted.

    Offset: number

    Distance along the host wall's local X from its placement origin to the filling's centre (metres).

    OperationType?: string

    IFC4 OperationType enum (without the dots). Defaults to SINGLE_SWING_LEFT.

    IFC4 PredefinedType enum (without the dots). Defaults to NOTDEFINED.

    Sill?: number

    Height of the door's bottom above the wall's placement origin (metres). Defaults to 0.

    UserDefinedOperationType?: string

    Free-text label when OperationType === 'USERDEFINED'. Ignored otherwise.
