Viewport aspect ratio (width / height). REQUIRED to write BCF 3.0:
v3_0/visinfo.xsd makes <AspectRatio> a mandatory child of both camera
types and writer-camera.ts refuses to invent one, so without this field
no viewpoint this package produced could be written as 3.0 at all -- and
writeBCF throws for the whole archive on the first such camera, so one
captured viewpoint meant no export (#3612). Optional because 2.1 has no
such element; leave it unset rather than assert a view nobody had.
