extractTypeEntityOwnProperties(

Extract properties from a type entity's own HasPropertySets attribute. Used when the type entity itself is selected (e.g., via "By Type" tree). Returns the type's own property sets from attribute index 5 + any via IfcRelDefinesByProperties.
