Function computeAngleToGridNorth

Compute angle to grid north from XAxisAbscissa and XAxisOrdinate (in degrees). Returns the counterclockwise angle from map X to the IFC local X-axis. With IfcMapConversion this is represented as cos/sin, so:

• XAxisAbscissa = cos(angle)
• XAxisOrdinate = sin(angle)
