The exported node path of an entity whose GlobalId is a namespaced path
(#4444): a store reconstructed from a shared room keys its entities by room
path, /<slotId>/<GlobalId>, and an exported file must not carry the
room-internal slot. Removes prefix when the GlobalId is under it
(/m1/<GlobalId> → /<GlobalId>); any other GlobalId is returned verbatim,
so an owner's own STEP-parsed store (bare GlobalIds) is unaffected.
