Project a 3D point to 2D using an explicit in-plane basis (issue #243).
(x, y) = (dot(point − origin, tangent), dot(point − origin, bitangent)).
This is the inverse of Section2DOverlayRenderer.transform2Dto3D on the
custom-plane path — the renderer lifts these 2D points back to 3D via
origin + tangent·x + bitangent·y, so the basis must be IDENTICAL on
both ends. Use planeBasis(normal) from @ifc-lite/renderer to
derive that basis once and pass it through both call sites.
