Emit an IfcGridPlacement on the intersection of two grid axes, for an
element's ObjectPlacement (IfcProduct attribute 5). The element's own
geometry is then relative to the intersection, oriented by RefDirection.
Both live axes must belong to different rows of one unambiguous grid.
Curved and radial axes remain supported. For imported axes, pass the editor's source store as
the fourth argument; its live mutation view is applied automatically.
Overlay-only grids do not require a source context. Invalid references
refuse before any placement or intersection entities are emitted.
