With followMappedItems (the default), an IfcMappedItem resolves to the
items of the IfcRepresentationMap behind it, so the geometry every
occurrence of a type shares is what comes back. Without it, the mapped item
itself is the leaf. See ApplyStyleOptions.followMappedItems for which one
you want.
Exported because three private copies of this walk already exist in
extract-walls.ts and one in @ifc-lite/export's LOD generator, and none of
them follows mapped items. This is the complete one.
