Associate materialId (an IfcMaterial, IfcMaterialLayerSet, IfcMaterialLayerSetUsage, or any other IfcMaterialSelect) with objectIds through IfcRelAssociatesMaterial. existing is every IfcRelAssociatesMaterial in the model: the material's own relationship is extended, and an object associated with a different material leaves that association first.
