Per-triangle mesh analysis, re-exported for consumers outside this package
(issue #2199: "mesh analysis reachable from TypeScript"). Previously
package-internal — triangleArea existed for the clash contact solver but
nothing outside @ifc-lite/clash could reach it, so the viewer's Measure
tool had no path to a triangulated-mesh area even though every MeshData
already carries the positions/indices a caller needs to use it.
