Match an IFC type name against a selector pattern.

Grammar (case-insensitive):
- * matches everything
- IfcWall exact match
- IfcPipe* wildcard suffix
- IfcWall|IfcSlab pipe-separated alternatives
- !IfcWall exclusion (everything except)
