The current Studio document (IDS content plus node ids and sidecar).

Validate, gate and apply a batch of ops. A refused batch changes nothing; errors says why, with candidates for each wrong name.

Undo the last accepted batch. Returns false when there is nothing to undo.

IDS 1.0 XML of the current document. Throws when the writer cannot carry a value without loss (the message names each one) rather than returning XML with less content.
