Export to ara3d BIM Open Schema compatible Parquet files. Creates a .bos archive (ZIP of Parquet files).

mutationView is OPTIONAL: existing new ParquetExporter(store) callers (README example, tests/integration.test.ts) keep working unchanged and keep exporting the source model as parsed.

When supplied, tombstoned entities and rows that reference them are dropped from every table (#2046), and overlay-created entities are appended to Entities.parquet. Relationship rows resolve authored records and edited endpoints; property and quantity rows resolve live overlays. Geometry payload edits remain a separate gap.
